“Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.”
MLK Jr

I believe wholeheartedly that we can walk together
to find love for every part of you—dark and light—
and that this is the path to our joy, purpose and liberation.

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m so glad you found me.

I am a licensed therapist and fellow human immersed in this wild and chaotic journey of life, and I know intimately how sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us, especially in the deepest, darkest places.

I integrate EMDR therapy and Internal Family Systems to guide us in exploring formative life experiences and building trust with the different parts of you. With great care, we will get to know your burdens of anxiety, guilt, depression, fear, vigilance or shame. Along this journey together we will find how these tender places can transform when we meet them with empathy and understanding.

I am deeply relational in my work, because I know that cultivating trust in our relationship is essential to delving into the shadows together. I also weave in somatic embodiment, allowing us to connect to your body’s innate wisdom.

My world view and therapeutic work are informed by social justice and the ways that our traumas, sexual identities, race, spirituality and culture influence our experiences of walking through the world. One of the gifts of this work is for me to be immersed in my own growth and self reflection about how our identities may intersect and what I get to learn from each human I get to walk alongside.

Though I use an integrated and relational approach, I also come with extensive experience in trauma focused modalities.
